Tyra Banks Sues Hair Companies For Trademark Infringement

Former Supermodel and Talk show host, Tyra Banks is filing a $10 million lawsuit
against 10 companies in Los Angeles for using her name and image to sell their hairpieces.

 One of the companies being sued is Pink Lace Hair Goods, which features three Tyra-inspired hairpieces on its website, according to the Los Angeles Superior Court.
 To further drive home the importance of her trademark and greatness, the suit includes all 11 pages of the star’s IMDB profile. The documents also pay homage to her days as a magazine cover girl, making sure to refer to Banks as a “former supermodel.”
