Jonathan Orders Immediate Deployment Of Soldiers To Nasarawa State.

The Director, Army Public Relations Department, Brigadier General
Ibrahim Attahiru, told journalists in Abuja the troops, will join the police to stem the tide of violence in the state.

 The state for the past few days has been chaotic and full of violence following clashes between two ethnic groups. Many people have been feared dead while several thousand displaced from their houses after been burnt down in the violence. As commander-in-chief, President Goodluck Jonathan must approve deployment of troops to any part of the country.
