The ex leader of the Niger Delta Militia group is said to be the owner of Global West Vessel Specialist Limited, GWVSL, a firm which one time signed a contract worth $103.4 million (over N15 billion) with the federal government to supply 20 vessels for the use of the nation’s military authorities to secure the waterways.
Its also learnt that the ex militant is one of the leaders of the militia group who receives millions of dollars to protect the oil rigs in the Niger Delta the groups once vandalized.
